Ginger Essential Oil
Between Friends too Chinese Ginger essential oil has a warm fresh-woody, spicy scent. Ginger has been used for thousands of years in the East as a domestic spice and for remedies. In the 16th century Henry VIII recommended ginger as a remedy for the plague.

In Oriental medicine ginger is used in about half of the formulations. It is know to be an antioxidant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, bactericidal, expectorant and a stimulant to name a few.

Use in soaps, foot preparations, muscle rubs, diffuser, massage oils, potpourri, perfumes and lotions. Ginger essential oil is warming and may help to improve circulation and may help to relieve muscular aches and pains, rheumatism, sprains, cramps, gout, and fatigue. A warm ginger foot bath may help to stimulate and warm the entire body.

Blends well with Between Friends Too patchouli, rose, vetiver, sandalwood, cedarwood, frankincense, rosewood, sweet orange, lime, nutmeg, clove bud, peppermint, grapefruit ssentil oil just to name a few.
